Our hope is that through our prenatal education, doula support and 4th Trimester Fitness Classes you will feel confident and prepared throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.
6 classes over the course of 6 weeks walking you through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding and how to care for your baby.
Providing you with 1-1 support as you prepare for your birth and if your birth facility allows, in hospital too.
Exercises to strengthen your body during pregnancy, tools for optimal positioning and comfort during labor and birth, many using the birth ball.
